It's a process of gaining access to the iPhone/iPod Touch operating system; thus opening the possibilities of adding 3rd party apps, extensions, & scripts...endless options really. Imagine if you bought a Mac that didn't allow you to access its hard drive, then you find a way to get in...yeah, it's like that.
i don't have an iphone (i know, gasp!), so i'm wondering what jailbreaking means???
